Heritage Dinner with the McBride Sisters Wine Company

By popular demand, Claremont Club & Spa’s Executive Chef, Joseph Paire in collaboration with the McBride Sisters Wine Company is proud to announce a special curated 5-course dining experience in the resort’s award-winning Limewood dining room.

Chef Paire’s artfully prepared menu is paired with wines from McBride Sisters Wine Company founded by Robin McBride and Andréa McBride John. The menu will highlight wines from the new McBride Sisters Collection Legacy portfolio. The portfolio boasts a lineup of bold yet balanced luxury wines from California that pay homage to Mother Nature and the bountiful grapes and terrain that she sows for winemaking, as well as the story of Robin and Andréa as they blaze a new path that breaks from tradition.

“The wines represent the elements that make my sister and I truly unique from each other, but also embodies what we have accomplished over the last two decades together,” says Robin McBride, Co-Founder of McBride Sisters Wine Company.

“This dinner evokes Tradition and Family, two things that are inherently important to me. It highlights the past but also pushes forward ideas of a greater future in food and wine,” shares Chef Joseph L. Paire.

Limited reservations available |  $135 per person, $125 additional wine pairing
